Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, or
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item)
We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or dissatisfaction after use.
Mandatory Proof for Returns
To process a return request, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
The video must be:
- Recorded without any pause or cuts
- Clearly showing the damage or incorrect product
- Captured from the start of opening the package
⚠️ Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Time Limit for Reporting
- The issue must be reported within 8 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after 8 hours will not be eligible for return or refund
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 8 hours of delivery
- Share your order details along with the unboxing video proof
- Our team will verify the issue
Once approved:
- A replacement will be arranged, or
- A refund will be processed (as applicable)
Shipping Charges for WhatsApp Orders
For orders placed through WhatsApp:
- Only the product price will be considered for return or refund
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer
Important Notes
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Kapszon reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
- Decisions made by our verification team will be final
